It's the worst kept secret in Hollywood, but…. Nicolette Sheridan is coming back to Desperate Housewives this coming season.
Her character left the show at the end of this season.
But, shortly thereafter, series creator Marc Cherry hinted that she'd be back and all future episodes would take place, appropriately, in the future - a few years forward.
And, to spice things up, Edie's even getting a new love interest.
